Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research patronizes closing ceremony of scholarship induction programme

Pursuing studies abroad exposes our students to the best educational systems in the world, as well as gaining them excellent practice of a body of scientific research techniques, according to Prof Adnan H. Zahed, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
Prof Zahed was addressing the closing ceremony of a three-day scholarship induction programme organized by the Centre for Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD) for 220 graduate teaching assistants, who are set to further their studies abroad under a government-run scholarship programme.
The Vice President also urged participants to make the most of the scholarship period for the larger good of their religion and country.
He also urged them to observe the laws and regulations in their host countries, and to stay in constant contact with the university and the Saudi embassies during their studies.
Dr Saad Al-Masoudi, CTLD Director, stressed the importance of the programme and urged the participants to be real ambassadors for their country in their destinations.
