Faculty of Dentistry awards winners of research and art prizes

The Faculty of Dentistry held, Thursday, a prize-giving ceremony to award winners of research and art competitions.

The event was attended by KAU Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Prof Adnan Zahed, who cut the ribbon to open an exhibition staged to showcase artworks by the students.

Prof Abdulghani Mira, the faculty's dean, gave a welcoming speech, in which he commended the unstinting support extended to the faculty by the KAU supreme administration.

Addressing the audience, Prof Zahed said he was pleased to attend the event.

He also gave credit to the submitted research projects and the displayed works.

He was also appreciative of all those involved in the event for their concerted efforts to make a success of it.
At the end of the event, the winners were awarded by Prof Zahed.
