Functions of Strategic Plan Unit
• Coordinate with the strategic planning department of the university in relation to the strategic plan.
• Coordination among the Agency's sectors in relation to the Strategic Plan.
• Follow-up of the implementation of the plan and the programs and projects of the strategic plan of the University's Agency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
• Monitoring the achievement of performance indicators in relation to the implementation of the Strategic Plan.
• Submit periodic reports to the Vice-Chancellor for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. It shows the progress in the implementation of the programs and projects of the plan.
• Awareness-raising in the Agency's sectors in relation to the Strategic Plan.
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual reports of the strategic plan of the University.
