I: Rules
for
foreign
cooperation projects
1-
To produce outputs that benefit the university and the
community such as publishing papers in prestigious international
magazines (magazines ISI + journals Nature or Science), or
registration of patents.
2-
One of the research team at least of those who publish in the
journal Nature or Science magazine or within HiCi Researches
3-
The proposed project has to lead to establish a research
center.
4-
The proposed project must not be a means of supporting
research only.
5-
The foreign-party has to be a scientific institutions of
excellence and has a good world reputation.
II: Mechanism:
1-
Prepare a proposal for an integrated research including the
main expected outputs of the project in detail.
2-
About the Foreign party, illustrate the extent of its power
in general and specialization in particular.
3-
About the research team of foreign party, mention its outputs
in the domain of the project.
4-
Statement of our University and research foundation, which
helps to complete the project and make the most of it.
5-
A statement places the main parts of the project (our
University the University of Foreign Party).
6-
Clarify how technology will be transferred.
7-
Detailed budget statement, the rights and obligations of each
party in this regard.
8-
Divide the project into phases if you got the budget to close
to $1.3 million.
9-
Fill out the forms of cooperation projects (Forms and
Ministry of Higher Education + form of the university).
10-
Prepare a visual presentation of the proposal for a period not
exceeding (15) minutes.
