This Publishing Prize aims to encourage all KAU's faculty staff
members to improve their researches and publish them in

If there is more than one participant in the winning paper, the

It is one of KAU’s prizes for excellence in scientific research as
it is awarded annually to the outstanding researchers among KAU's
faculty staff members. This prize is divided into four prizes in the
following fields:

- Engineering Sciences
- Medical Sciences
- Social and Humanitarian Sciences
This prize aims to promote the outstanding research climate at KAU,
develop the educational process and human knowledge, and discover
community problems and solve it in a creative manner through
encouraging KAU's faculty staff members to be pioneers in scientific
research which will positively develop academic, research,
administrative, and technical production provided that the prize
will be awarded to researchers who get a minimum of 200 points in
basic sciences, engineering sciences, and medical sciences as well
as 100 points in social and humanitarian sciences.

Fifth: Winning International Awards Prize:
It is one of KAU’s prizes for excellence in scientific research as

research efforts and achievements. The Prizes Secretariat shall
determine the types of international awards, medals, and orders
approved by KAU to obtain this prize.

awarded to the single winner or distributed equally if there is more
than one winning participant in the international award. The prize

It is estimated according to the prize money of the international
award given to the applicant. KAU awards a prize not less than 25%

medal without cash prize, the Secretariat Committee shall estimate

It is one of KAU’s new prizes for this year which aims to get
involved in research and development in the industry field and make
returns from investment in scientific research as the field of

This prize is awarded to any researcher who manages to develop an
operational and marketable (Prototype) from a patent or a research
project outputs provided that the workability of the prototype is
approved by a relevant industrial institution and registered in KSA
and abroad.

KAU.
Given the great scientific and research efforts made in this

or Japan with a maximum fee of "60,000" (Sixty thousand Saudi

This prize is awarded on the basis of the center's annual outputs
according to the approved regulations of KAU's Prizes' Committee for
excellence in scientific research. The academic evaluation of
centers includes the following:

basis of the chair's annual outputs according to the approved
