Vice-Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research in King Abdulaziz University aims and seeks to be the pioneer in its graduate studies programs, that will be through establishing programs of excellence, with deep and significant contents.  Also, the Vice-Presidency aims to create and facilitate a suitable environment to enrich human knowledge in all branches, so as to add more innovated scientific knowledge, according to distinguished standards in all services which fulfill the needs of beneficiaries and their great expectations.

The Vice-Presidency of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research is seriously concerned to realize objectives and goals through making them really tangible.  This will be done by means of attracting distinguished and experienced staff, creating a suitable environment for them to work, continuous training and developing their skills and enhancing their participation and teamwork, and presenting suitable requirements to fulfill and realize these objectives, and help them evolve, so as to guarantee continuous improvement in the standards.

The Vice-Presidency is also seriously committed to applying the requirements of the International Characteristics (ISO-9001-2008) and to reconsider and revise its items periodically, so as to guarantee continuous improvement of standards.

All employees in the Vice-Presidency of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research and in its other departments are aware and perceptive of the importance of collaboration and quality criteria and applying them in their work and their daily practice with beneficiaries, which will lead directly to realize the objectives of the Standardizational Quality Organization.
