The University's Agency for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research aspires to become a world-renowned university by developing and modernization all graduate programs, including higher diplomas, master's and doctorate degrees, increasing the number of students enrolled in postgraduate studies, the number of scholarships for the best international universities, and strategic research partnerships with prestigious international universities and to hold strategic research partnerships with prestigious international universities or sectors outside the university, national, regional and international, to develop scientific research, especially practical ones, and to contribute actively to the promotion of community development to achieve the aspirations of the future university to be a research university competing with international universities that have reached its productivity to the service and well-being of its communities and mankind.
